Old School Tactics are Ridiculousness

There's a show on MTV that I like to watch - it's called Ridiculousness. It's a modern day video bloopers show. Along with the host, Rob Dyrdek, I often find myself asking 'What did you think was going to happen?' I wonder if they really thought it through before ice skating behind an ATV, or leaping from the balcony into the hot tub. Did they expect to end up on TV looking like a poor planner?

Amazon Prime: Creating the Total Package?

You’ve probably heard of Amazon Prime. It started in 2005 with an offer of $79 per year to receive 2-day shipping on all orders. Would customers be willing to pay the extra amount just to get 2-day shipping? Why would they pay extra when most consumers were hurting financially? How would Amazon not lose money by offering 2-day shipping on all purchases for only $79 a year?
